Melanie Carter

Melanie is a respected family lawyer in Calgary. She has experience with legal and other issues that arise within family dynamics.

She has worked with people from all backgrounds resulting in a strong understanding of the complexity of these dynamics. Melanie also has therapeutic training stemming from her work at Hull Child and Family Services from 1993 to 2013.

Joni Funk

Joni has represented clients at the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.  

Her previous experience in family medicine provides her with a unique and beneficial perspective with respect to custody and parenting matters.

Stuart Mair

Stuart is our student at law.

His goal is to provide clients with efficient, reliable results - while remaining personally available to clients should they have any questions or concerns.

Stuart strongly believes that clients should be able to benefit fully from everything they are entitled to and is prepared to advocate on their behalf to ensure this.
