During the COVID-19 pandemic, the way we deliver services at Foster LLP has changed; our commitment to helping you has not.
As an essential service, we remain open and available.
How We Can Help
The Law Society of Alberta recently released instructions on witnessing documents and taking oaths remotely.
Our lawyers can arrange a meeting via teleconference, Facetime, Skype or Zoom.
At this time, the Courts in Alberta are only hearing emergency and urgent applications. We can offer advice and assistance if you believe you have an urgent or emergency matter.
If your matter does not meet the emergency or urgent criteria established by the Courts, we have several experienced lawyers ready to assist you in resolving issues through other forms of dispute resolution using social distancing and electronic meetings.
